Theoretical life prediction of tribo-pairs such as seals, bearings and gears with the failure form wear under mixed lubrication depends on quantitative analysis wear. Correspondingly, test an accelerated method to save time financial costs. Therefore, theoretical basis design is a model providing relationship between equivalents duration. In this paper, based dissipation entropy proposed. Firstly, verified by standard experiments basis. Then, proposed, taking increase in equivalent. The verification shows that 20 times acceleration could be reached adjustment rate. effect rate gradient duty parameters also discussed, revealing fastest direction.
